Abstract
Nurses with high nursing management functions can encourage good work results so that they have an important role in improving the quality of service of patients with the risk of falling which can ultimately have a positive effect on the quality of service in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nursing management functions and the quality of service for patients at risk of falling at Khidmat Sehat Afiat (KiSA) Depok City Hospital. This research design is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach and the number of samples of this study were 144 nurses working in each room. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out with two questionnaires modified by the researcher, namely the nursing management function questionnaire and the quality of fall risk services. Data analysis used is the Chi-Square test. Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, the p value = 0.006, CI 95%, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between the nursing management function and the quality of service for patients at risk of falling at Khidmat Sehat Afiat (KiSA) Depok City Hospital.
