Abstract
The Access by KAI application is an application developed by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) and was presented to replace the use of the previous application, KAI Access. Because of this new application, it is necessary to analyze how user acceptance of the new application is, considering that the success of a new system or application can be seen from user acceptance of the application. To analyze this, the author uses the UTAUT 2 research method by using all of its variables, including the moderator variables, such as age, gender, and experience. This research uses CB-SEM techniques and AMOS tools to process the data. The sample used in this study amounted to 384 respondents. The results showed that there were 3 relationships that had a significant effect, namely the facilitating conditions variable on behavioral intention with an effect of 0.566 or 56.6%, the price value variable on behavioral intention with an effect of 0.530 or 53%, and also the behavioral intention variable on use behavior with an effect of 0.947 or 94.7%. Meanwhile, for other relationships no significant effect was found. Based on these results, there will be recommendations that are expected to increase the level of user acceptance of the application.
