Abstract
The Effect of Competitive Pressure, Stakeholder Pressure, on Strategic Performance Management with University Governance as an Intervening Variable By Ekki Juniardi ABSTRACT This study was conducted to examine the effect of competitive pressure, and stakeholder pressure on strategic performance management with governance as an intervening variable. The sample in the study amounted to 63 Faculty of Economics of State Higher Education in Indonesia using the Krejcie and Morgan method. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the leadership of the Faculty of Economics. Obtained a sample of 63 respondents. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that (1) Competition Pressure has a significant positive effect on strategic performance management, (2) Stakeholder Pressure has no significant effect on Strategic Performance Management, (3) Competition Pressure has a significant positive effect on University Governance, (4) Stakeholder Pressure has no significant effect on University Governance, (5) University Governance has a significant positive effect on Strategic Performance Management, (6) Competition Pressure has a significant positive effect on strategic performance management through university governance (7) Stakeholder Pressure has no significant effect on Strategic Performance Management through University Governance.
