Abstract
Distance learning, which had to be implemented out of necessity, posed a new adaptation challenge for several universities in Indonesia, including Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran Jakarta. Therefore, to support more effective distance learning, UPN Veteran Jakarta launched a new e-learning platform called LeADS in August 2021. As a new feature and distinctive characteristic of UPN Veteran Jakarta, LeADS is expected to help students obtain education more effectively and efficiently. However, based on the results of interviews and preliminary study questionnaires distributed to several UPN Veteran Jakarta students, technical complaints regarding the implementation of LeADS UPN Veteran Jakarta were still found. Therefore, the researchers are interested in measuring the success of the LeADS UPN Veteran Jakarta implementation using the DeLone and McLean success model, which reflects the dependence on 6 variables of information system success measurement. The analysis of the results in this study was carried out in three stages: instrument testing, descriptive analysis, and correlation analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The research results indicate that the success of the LeADS UPN Veteran Jakarta implementation was rated positively in almost all indicators, although the system quality aspect on the KS3 indicator still requires improvement. Based on the correlation analysis results, seven out of nine hypotheses were accepted with a positive and significant influence. These relationships include the linkage between system quality and use, information quality and use, service quality and use, information quality and user satisfaction, service quality and user satisfaction, use and user satisfaction, and user satisfaction and net benefits. Thus, the success level of the LeADS UPN Veteran Jakarta implementation based on the DeLone and McLean model can be considered quite good.
