Abstract
LeADS UPN Veteran Jakarta is a service from the online learning system implemented within the UPN Veteran Jakarta environment. LeADS UPN Veteran Jakarta was also created to meet various learning access needs for the UPN Veteran Jakarta academic community in order to meet the objectives of learning activities effectively and efficiently. This research uses data obtained from distributing questionnaires and uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm to carry out data processing and final visualization of user sentiment towards LeADS UPN Veteran Jakarta will be carried out. This research will divide reviews into classes, namely the positive class and the negative class. The data obtained from the questionnaire results amounted to 410 data which will later be processed at the next stage.
