Abstract
This research explores financial inclusion for medium-sized enterprises in South Tangerang City, which has 317 MSME units by 2022. This study examines financial inclusion for Medium Enterprises in South Tangerang City through three dimensions: accessibility, usage, and quality of financial services. A survey of 161 respondents shows excellent accessibility to financial services, with ease in opening business bank accounts and high usage of online banking services and bank loans. In terms of usage, the majority of respondents utilize various financial services such as bank loans, digital payments, credit/debit cards, and insurance. The quality of services is also rated very high, with high satisfaction regarding information transparency, security of digital services, and effectiveness of financial solutions. These factors collectively indicate that financial inclusion in South Tangerang City is very good, supporting the growth and sustainability of medium enterprises.
