Abstract
This research uses quantitative research methods with the aim of determining the effect of compensation and workload on employee performance. This research used 80 permanent nurses at Al Muchtar Islamic Hospital Karawang as samples, with a sampling technique using saturated samples. The data analysis technique used in this panel is PLS-based SEM. The research results show that (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, (2) workload has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, (3) compensation and workload simultaneously have an effect on nurse performance.
