Abstract

The role of human resources is indeed crucial for organizational sustainability. Employees are expected to remain productive and are a key factor in an organization's strength. An organization needs employees who exhibit positive work behaviors to sustain itself, and one of these positive behaviors is Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). However, how can a company encourage its employees to demonstrate positive work behaviors such as OCB? This study aims to understand, analyze, and demonstrate the Influence of Teleworking and Job Stress on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Emotional Intelligence as a Moderating Variable at PT Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi. A total of 109 respondents participated in this study, selected through random sampling as the sampling technique. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that teleworking has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, job stress has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, emotional intelligence significantly moderates teleworking's influence on organizational citizenship behavior in a negative direction, and emotional intelligence does not significantly moderate job stress's influence on organizational citizenship behavior.
