Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Self Efficacy and Employee Engagement on organizational commitment with work ethic as a moderating variable in non-medical employees at Prikasih Hospital. The research method used a quantitative approach with random sampling techniques. The amount of samples in this study was 126 respondents which were calculated based on the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used a questionnaire via Google Form which was distributed to non-medical employees at Prikasih Hospital. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis which is processed using the SmartPLS version 4.0 measuring instrument. The tests carried out were convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, reliability test, R-Square coefficient of determination test (R2), Q-Square predictive test (Q2), and partial hypothesis test with T-test. The results of testing this research: (1) Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (2) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) Self Efficacy which is moderated by work ethic has no positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, (4) Employee Engagement moderated by work ethic has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment.
