Abstract

One of the innovations from the advancement of Information and Communication Technology is the internet which has provided convenience to the society in dealing with various existing problems. One form of this progress is social media for communicating with other people, one of which is social media X. Another innovation in technology is the Apple Vision Pro product, a spatial computer device in the form of a headset that integrates digital content into the user's physical environment. The release of this product has become a hot topic of discussion, especially on X. X users have mixed reactions to this product. Therefore, researchers conducted research to analyze the sentiment of X users towards Apple Vision Pro products using the Naïve Bayes method to classify sentiment data using data obtained through the crawling process which was then labeled positive and negative using the VADER library and then the data will go through a data preprocessing process. After going through data preprocessing, the data is weighted for each word using TF-IDF, using SMOTE to balance the data and then splitting the data with a percentage of 80% training data and 20% testing data to apply Naïve Bayes. Then in the last step it is displayed in the form of visualization. From the total 728 data that has been processed, 641 posts are found with positive sentiment and 87 posts with negative sentiment. The Naïve Bayes model has an accuracy rate of 86% which shows that the model can classify posts well.
