Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of capital structure, foreign ownership, institutional ownership and investment decisions on firm value. The research used 240 sample data from 80 non-cyclical consumer sector companies in the 2020-2022 period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of STATA version 14 software. A series of research and test processes carried out on each data have obtained results that capital structure has a positive effect on firm value, while foreign ownership, institutional ownership and investment decisions do not have a positive effect on company value. influence on firm value.
