Abstract
This research is a quantitative study conducted to determine the effect of sales growth, green product innovation, and green process innovation on company performance with firm size as a moderating variable. Company performance in this study is measured using Tobin's Q. The population in this study are manufacturing sector companies registered as PROPER participants and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. The sample in this study was obtained using purposive sampling method which succeeded in obtaining a total of 117 company samples. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the STATA version 12 application. The results showed that (1) sales growth has no effect on company performance; (2) green product innovation affects company performance; (3) green process innovation affects company performance; (4) firm size cannot moderate the effect of sales growth on company performance; (5) firm size cannot moderate the effect of green product innovation on company performance; (6) firm size cannot moderate the effect of green process innovation on company performance.
