Abstract

Technological development in Indonesia has progressed rapidly and brought many changes that make human work easier, more efficient, and more effective. Information technology has permeated all aspects of life, including education, aiding educational institutions in everything from performance to information management. One example is using repository websites in institutions or universities, functioning as digital library systems to archive and store research results by students or lecturers in a database. UPN Veteran Jakarta has been using a repository website established in 2019, utilizing ePrints 3 as the supporting platform. Based on the results of an initial survey through a questionnaire to UPN Veteran Jakarta students, it was found that 87.5% of respondents were dissatisfied with the design of the repository website and found it difficult to use. To evaluate and improve the quality of the website, this study uses the Webqual 4.0 framework and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Webqual 4.0 measures three dimensions: usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. Meanwhile, IPA is used to measure improvement priorities based on user expectations. The results of this study indicate that the repository website is rated as fairly good, but 13 indicators for improvement were identified, and the hypothesis tested was accepted. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta repository website and provide improvement recommendations based on Webqual 4.0 and IPA analysis. The results are expected to provide insights that help enhance the quality and user satisfaction with the repository website.
