Abstract
SMAN 104 Jakarta is a national high school located in Kampung Gedong, East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. The school has been teaching and learning since 1990. SMAN 104 Jakarta is one of the high schools that has a website to provide information to school residents. Therefore, it is important for SMAN 104 Jakarta to ensure that the website that is created provides a good user experience. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the User Experience of the SMAN 104 Jakarta website using the System Usability Scale method and implementing the user interface design using the double diamond method. This research produces recommendations for the user interface in the form of a website to SMAN 104 Jakarta based on the results of user experience analysis. In the user experience analysis on the running system, after testing using the System Usability Scale method on the SMAN 104 Jakarta website, an average score of 51.4 was obtained, which means that the usability level of the SMAN 104 Jakarta website is not yet considered acceptable. After redesigning the SMAN 104 Jakarta website and re-testing the redesign results using the SEQ and SUS methods, an average SEQ score of 6.4 and an average SUS score of 82.0 were obtained. Based on the results obtained from the redesign, it can be concluded that the results of the redesign of the SMAN 104 Jakarta website can be said to be acceptable because it has an average SUS score of more than 71 and each task given to users can be completed easily.
