Abstract
Hypertension is one of the degenerative diseases that occurs due to a substantial increase in blood pressure over a long period of time, which can be fatal and cause pain and even death because the sufferer is unaware of the condition or unaware until the blood pressure is checked. In Mr. R's family, especially Mrs. S, the causative factors experienced by Mrs. S, genetic factors, diet, and lifestyle patterns can be the main causes of primary hypertension. This paper is useful for reporting the results of nursing care to Mrs. S with hypertension problems Rt02 Rw03 Limo Village, Limo District, Depok City. This study found that the nursing action that had been given to Mr. R's family, especially Mrs. S. nursing care given to Mr. R's family, especially Mrs. S, had succeeded in achieving the goals and the appropriate outcome criteria were set, the family was able to mention what hypertension was, TD 150/80 mmHg, on the problem of disability family coping, acute pain, ineffective family health management which has been resolved for seven days, especially in the problem of family coping disability where Mr. R's family, especially Mrs. S, is evidenced by the family understanding the benefits of visiting health care facilities, being able to understand information about the illness experienced and cooperative family, the family is able to accept the advice given by students. This research was designed using the case study method in implementing family nursing care for Mr. R, especially Mrs. S with hypertension nursing problems at Rt02 Rw03 Limo Village, Limo District, Depok City. Data collection is carried out by interviewing, observation and physical examination. The family in optimizing the criteria for nursing care outcomes to Mr.mR's family, especially Mrs. S, is expected to be involved in order to be able to overcome problems that cannot occur again in the future.
