Abstract
This research is quantitative research which aims to determine the influence of liquidity, leverage and profitability on stock underpricing. This research uses financial report data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) as the population. Sample selection was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with certain criteria and there were 134 samples used for the research. Data analysis was carried out using appropriate statistical methods. Using the E-views 12 program, researchers carried out hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5% to test the influence of Liquidity, Leverage and Profitability on stock underpricing. The research results show that liquidity has an effect on stock underpricing, while Leverage and Profitability have no effect on stock underpricing.
