Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the level of trust in the government, religiusity, quality of fiscus services, and the effectiveness of the taxation system on individual taxpayer compliance registered at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung, in East Jakarta with a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The hypothesis in this study was tested using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the SPSS 26 software. The results show that (1) Trust in the government has no significant effect on taxpayer compliance, (2) Religiusity has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, (3) Quality of fiscus services have no significant effect on taxpayer compliance, (4) The effectiveness of the taxation system has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance.
