Abstract
An organization is considered as a means to achieve its goals and needs to be planned carefully in order to achieve these goals. Although organizational goals vary, the main essence is coordination between individuals and resources to achieve common goals. An organization can be defined as a unit consisting of a group of people or individuals who work together to achieve a common goal. The existence of organizations can be found in various shapes, sizes and sectors, such as business, government, education, social and non-profit sectors. The aim of this research is to find out, prove and analyze whether the work environment, compensation and work motivation partially and simultaneously influence work productivity at PT. Wijaya Pura. The respondents of this research were 45 people who worked at PT. Wijaya Pura. The data was processed using SmartPLS 4.0 which showed the results that the work environment and compensation had a partial positive and significant effect on work productivity, while work motivation had a partial negative and insignificant effect on work productivity. Simultaneously shows that the work environment, compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work productivity
