Abstract
Indonesia, as one of the countries with the largest Islamic religion, provides enormous potential for ZIS. However, in reality, this potential has not been realized optimally. As the only Amil Zakat Agency officially established by the Indonesian Government, Baznas RI continues to carry out various innovations so that the management of ZIS funds in Indonesia is more optimal. One of the innovations carried out by Baznas RI is utilizing digital technology which is packaged in the form of an application called Cinta Zakat. It is hoped that the creation of this application will make it easier for muzaki to donate to Baznas, so that it can encourage the growth of ZIS fund collection. Therefore, this research aims to measure the effectiveness of the Cinta Zakat application in increasing the collection of ZIS funds at Baznas RI. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study type of research. The data sources used are primary data obtained through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data in the form of documentation. Researchers used validation techniques with triangulation, as well as data analysis techniques with reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of the Cinta Zakat application in collecting ZIS funds at Baznas RI is quite effective, because there is one indicator that has not been met, namely the program objectives, while indicators including program targets, socialization programs and program monitoring have been fulfilled.
