Abstract

Certiport is a leading company in the development, delivery, and management services of certification exam programs. Certiport is dedicated to helping people achieve success through international standardized certification, so as to increase productivity, marketability, and value of the community. In the process of taking certification, Certiport uses website media as a forum for people to take certification exams, with the website address https://app.certiport.com/portal/.. The website used by Certiport certainly has an important role in the process of implementing the certification exam, therefore it is necessary to optimize and revamp to improve the function of the website. This research was conducted with the aim of providing a good experience for users in using this website. In achieving this goal, usability testing is needed on the website to find out the problems that exist on the website. The results of the evaluation of pre-research questionnaire respondents show that there are several problems experienced by users while using the Certiport website, both in terms of convenience and comfort. For this reason, the researchers will distribute questionnaires to test and evaluate the website using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with 10 questions as a benchmark and 2 added questions for user interface and website performance. The result of Certiport redesign website will be evaluated using the SUS method with 10 questions and UMUX-Lite method wih 2 questions. In testing the level of usability will use the Usability Testing method. The results that will be obtained will later become a reference and reference for researchers in making prototype user interface recommendation designs from the Certiport website which will later serve as an illustration in the development of the Certiport website
