Abstract
This research is research that uses quantitative methods with the aim of knowing and proving the influence of employee self-efficacy and competence on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable for employees of PT Ratnacahya Nusawiria. This study had a sample of 92 respondents. This research uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) and the data analysis process uses SmartPLS 4.0 as the measuring tool or software. The results obtained in this research are (1) self-efficacy influences the performance of PT Ratnacahya Nusawiria employees, (2) employee competency influences the performance of PT Ratnacahya Nusawiria employees, (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior successfully mediates the influence of self-efficacy on the performance of PT Ratnacahya Nusawiria employees , (4) Organizational Citizenship Behavior successfully mediates the influence of employee competence on the performance of PT Ratnacahya Nusawiria employees, (5) Organizational Citizenship Behavior influences the performance of PT Ratnacahya Nusawiria employees.
