Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) how job satisfaction influences the turnover intention of PT XYZ employees, (2) how work stress influences the turnover intention of PT XYZ employees, and (3) how the work environment influences the turnover intention of PT XYZ employees. The research utilized quantitative data, employing a total sampling method. The sample for this research encompassed all employees of PT XYZ within the live streaming division and live streaming operators, with the researcher selecting 48 employees. The results of hypothesis testing indicated that job satisfaction did not have an effect on turnover intention, whereas work stress had a positive effect, and the work environment also had a positive effect on turnover intention.
