Abstract
This study utilizes a quantitative approach to investigate and illustrate the impact of compensation, work environment, and job skills on employee performance at PT Netsindo Sentra Computama. Data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to 48 employees of PT Netsindo Sentra Computama. The study employed various analytical techniques such as validity testing, reliability testing, R-square analysis, coefficient path analysis, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0. The findings suggest that Compensation and Work Environment have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at PT Netsindo Sentra Computama. Additionally, Work Ability has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at PT Netsindo Sentra Computama. Finally, the combined effect of Compensation, Work Environment, and Work Ability has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at PT Netsindo Sentra Computama.
