Abstract

This research used quantitative methods, carried out at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Bumi Serpong Damai Branch Office. This research aims to determine and prove the effect of work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Bumi Serpong Damai Branch Office. The sampling technique used was total sampling so that a sample of 75 employees was obtained. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The test results obtained in this research show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
