Abstract
The laundry business is a type of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) which is currently growing rapidly. This is influenced by the demand from the public increasing every day to use laundry services, especially for employees and students who are busy, so using laundry services is more time and energy efficient. Checking the laundry business in placing orders is still done manually, that is, customers have to come to the laundry to place an order or laundry services still use WhatsApp to order by calling the telephone number so that sometimes orders are not in the order of the queue. Marketing of laundry check services is also carried out by using promotional banners to promote the laundry cleaning service business. This makes it difficult in terms of ordering and managing consumer ordering data. Therefore, a website- based service information system is needed in order to be able to place orders more efficiently and to be able to manage purchasing data automatically. In addition, it is hoped that the sales information provided can attract consumers because the display is more visually appealing and more interactive. The author uses the SDLC method which includes the stages of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Program Code Writing, Program Testing and Maintenance. The programming language used by the author is HTML, PHP, and Java Script supported by MySql as a database. The system analysis method uses PIECES and UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for customers to place orders and manage consumer data in the laundry check business.
