Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and training on work productivity mediated by job satisfaction. This study used 70 permanent employees of the Directorate of Human Resources and General Affairs at the head office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) as a sample, using a sampling technique that made all members of the population as samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model or SEM method based on Partial Least Square or PLS. This study uses SmartPLS 3.2 software as a tool for processing data. The results of this study indicate that (1) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) training has no positive and not significant effect on work productivity, (3) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work productivity mediated by satisfaction work, (4) training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity mediated by job satisfaction, and (5) job satisfaction has no positive and significant effect on work productivity.
