Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of Organizational Justice, Leader Member Exchange, and Self Efficacy on readiness to Change. This study used 75 permanent employees of PT Albilad Universal as a sample, using a saturated sampling technique. The hypothesis in this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the independent and dependent variables, so that the test is carried out using the coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The analysis technique used in this research is PLS-based SEM. The results of the study show (1) Organizational Justice has a positive and significant effect on readiness to Change, (2) leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on readiness to Change, (3) Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on readiness to Change, (4) Organizational Justice, Leader Member Exchange, and Self Efficacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on readiness to Change.
