Abstract

The phenomenon of archery is increasingly popular, but there is a phenomenon of decreasing number of customers in 2021 and 2022 while there are increasing prices, remote locations and brand image of archery are the factors taken in this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence archery sports loyalty. The population in this study were three branches of the blue feather archery club. Retrieval of sample data using probability sampling with purposive sampling. There were 105 respondents in this study with membership criteria of more than six months. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results obtained are r-square of 59.9%, meaning that 59.9% of the variable price, location and brand image affect customer loyalty and the remaining 40.1% is influenced by variables outside the research model. The results of the hypothesis show that price has a positive effect on loyalty, meaning that when the price of archery training increases, the level of loyalty from customers to take part in archery increases because the higher the price, the quality of the training provided is also very good, the brand image variable affects the loyalty of members of the Blue Feather Archery club in doing sunnah archery activities means that if the brand image of archery sports has an improved and good impression and image towards the world of Indonesian sports it makes customers more interested and loyal to archery sports, while location factors do not affect the loyalty of members of the Blue Feather Archery club in sunnah archery activities. With this research, it is hoped that the management can improve quality and evaluate it so that member loyalty gets stronger.
