Abstract
Technological growth is a problem that exists today, meaning that the company's investment points to its vision and mission, and makes technology a supporter of every company process. In the current Vocasia information system is a major factor in supporting the company's performance to develop IT innovation. However, in carrying out the development of information systems, Vocasia experienced several obstacles. The obstacles faced must be addressed immediately, so that the problem must get the right handling solution. The way to overcome this is to evaluate the information system. In this case, the researcher uses the COBIT 5 framework, with the domains Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM), Align, Plan and Organize (APO), and Deliver and Service and Support (DSS), Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA). Then this research will produce a recommendation and also the target to be achieved using the Capability Level of this research is Level 3 (three). From the results of the evaluation and measurement resulted in recommendations and assessments in this study, namely EDM 01.3 at level 1, EDM 03.1 at level 1, APO 04.6 at level 1, APO 08.5 at level 1, DSS 02.4 at level 1, DSS 03.4 at level 1, MEA 02.1 at level 1. Therefore that it produces an overall capability level at level 1, for this it is necessary to make recommendations that can be given such as improving the existing user interface by redesigning the user interface and also providing descriptive recommendations to be able to achieve the desired Capability Level, namely level 3.
