Abstract

This quantitative research aims to test and prove the "Influence of Organizational Culture, Work-Life Balance, and Physical Work Environment on Organizational Performance in the Sunter 3 Production Department (Study at PT Astra Honda Motor)". The respondents used in this study were 88 employees in the production department of sunter 3 who were sampled. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling through the slovin formula. This study used the analysis technique of the Coefficient of Determination Test, T Test, and F Test, using Smart PLS 3.0 software. In this test, the results were obtained, namely: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance, (2) work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance, (3) the physical work environment has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance, and (4) organizational culture, work-life balance, and physical work environment together have a positive and significant influence on organizational performance.
