Abstract
Turnover intention is one of the problems companies often face. For many corporate industries, high turnover intention has become a serious problem, especially if employees with good experience and skills leave the company. This research is a qualitative research that aims to find out information and analyze the factors of employee turnover intention at Alfamart stores in Cibinong. Data collection in this study was carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted in a semi-structured manner with informants including two Chief of stores, five Crew of stores and one customer. To prove the validity of the data in the study, researchers used the data triangulation method. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the factors that influence turnover intention in this study were the balance of work and personal life, workload and time as well as commitment to the organization.
