Abstract
A customer or customer information system will help the company in terms of managing data for each customer, be it old or new customers. The problems found in the "Family Motor" Car Workshop are in the process of searching for data on old customers or new customers which is done manually by recording in the cash book. The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based information system that will help the performance of the "Family Motor" Car Workshop in managing customer data. The method used in building this website uses the Waterfall method,and PIECES where there are steps or steps including needs analysis, system design, program script design, system testing and implementation. The results of making a web can help workshops in managing data and time to be more efficient. Based on black box testing, the system can run according to its function.
