Abstract

The development of technology that is growing at this time can facilitate human needs in all fields. In the business field, technology has an important role to develop business and improve the business performance of an organization or company. However, Risa Laundry is still not able to take full advantage of technology. Risa Laundry still uses a manual system in transactions with customers, and the absence of recording transaction reports can allow for data errors, hampering transaction processing and unmonitored data entry. Based on this, the author will create a web based laundry service administration system to help Risa Laundry improve its performance. The author uses the PIECES analysis method in analyzing the system and applying the waterfall research method, then designing the system with the laravel framework. With this laundry service administration system, it is expected to help facilitate owners and employees in recording, storing, managing laundry data and making transaction reports more efficient.
