Abstract
The growth of Mobile Banking in Indonesia indicates a trend that kept increasing every year. According to Financial Services Authority (OJK), customers are more using the Mobile Banking for their transaction. Since 2016 trough August 2021, the transaction value of Mobile Banking increased from Rp1.159 Triliion to Rp4.684 Trillion or increase by 300%. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (abbreviated as “BNI”) one of the state-owned corporations who provides Mobile Banking as their services, in which later they awarded as the “1st Best Mobile Banking” twice in a row from 2020 to 2021. It makes the writer interested to write this as a final report, with a title “analysis the growth of mobile banking in PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk From 2016 to 2021”. Then, the result of the final report indicates that the usage of BNI Mobile Banking keep increasing from the number of the users, and the number of the transactions that have been made. Also, features that include from this applicaton to the user interface that had several updates. Keywords: Banking, Mobile Banking, the growth of Mobile Banking
