Based on the results, 105 respondents from a total of 123 respondents stated that manual cervical traction (55.7%) was effective in reducing pain (86.1%), with the evaluation value of pain grade reduction measured using NRS showing an average were at 2 levels of pain reduction (30.4%). Based on the results of SPSS 25, the Wilcoxon Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) test NRS value p= 0.000 (p<0.05). The conclusion of this study is the use of cervical traction is effective in treating cases of neck pain.
