In the management of neck pain, cervical traction is recommended as one of the main modalities. Cervical traction is a therapy performed by pulling the cervical vertebrae. The pull can be done manually or with the help of tools. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of cervical traction as a pain management of neck pain. The design of this research is a Survey Study using a Cross Sectional approach. The parameter used to measure pain in this study was the Numeric Rating Scale. Based on the results, 105 respondents from a total of 123 respondents stated that manual cervical traction (55.7%) was effective in reducing pain (86.1%), with the evaluation value of pain grade reduction measured using NRS showing an average were at 2 levels of pain reduction (30.4%). Based on the results of SPSS 25, the Wilcoxon Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) test NRS value p= 0.000 (p<0.05). The conclusion of this study is the use of cervical traction is effective in treating cases of neck pain.
