Abstract

RELATIONSHIP OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE WITH NURSING LOYALTY ON NURSES IN THE INPATIENT ROOM AT RSUD PASAR MINGGU Heni Lestari Abstract An organization requires employees who have high loyalty. A strong organizational culture will create employee loyalty. Employees who have loyalty so that the goals of the organization will be easier to achieve. The research aims to analyze the relationship of the organizational culture with nurse loyalty in the inpatient room of Pasar Minggu Hospital. This research used a Quantitative research design with a Cross-Sectional approach using Chi Square CI statistical test 95%. The research sample used consecutive sampling with a sample of 91 nurses in the inpatient room of Pasar Minggu Hospital. Results of statistical test obtained characteristics of nurse age (pValue = 0.549), gender (pValue = 1,000), tenure (pValue = 0.871), marital status (0.920) have no significant relationship with nurse loyalty, while the level of education (pValue = 0.011) has a significant relationship with nurse loyalty. In addition, a significant relationship between the organizational culture and the loyalty of nurses in the Inpatient Room of Pasar Minggu Hospital (pValue = 0.000) with the value of OR = 22.127 and CI 95% = 7.459-65.636. It is expected that this research can be used as input to hospital management in improving the quality of human resources through the application of strict and close organizational culture in nurse working culture, so loyalties to nurses will increase and the nursing care provided is optimal and has quality.
