Abstract
PT. Nusa Indah Jaya Utama is a company engaged in the manufacture of automotive components. The automotive sector is one sector that plays a major role in the national economy. However,PT. Nusa Indah Jaya Utama does not yet have a supply chain performance measurement.With a good supply chain the company is able to minimize costs in order to get maximum results.This study aims to determine the value of supply chain performance in the company and to find out what needs to be done to improve the company. The benefits of this research can help companies to improve supply chain performance at the company and help companies to produce maximum output with efficient input. Data collection techniques were carried out by direct observation observing all activities that took place as well as one-on-one interviews with several people in the company. The location of the research was carried out at the factory. The results of the study are scores of 4 performances namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Cost,and Asset Management.As well as 6 processes namely Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return,and Enable.
