Abstract

This research is included in quantitative research with the aim of seeing and proving whether there is an effect of employee compensation and organizational performance. The object chosen in this study is the organization KONI Depok City using a sample of 71 employees. The hypothesis in this study was tested with a significance level of 5%, using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method with the SPSS software program. The results found from this study are (1) there is a significant influence between employee performance compensation, (2) there is a significant influence between organizational commitment and credit distribution, and (3) there is a significant influence between compensation and organizational commitment together on performance employees.
