Abstract
PT GMF Aero Asia in order to improve information services, especially employees at PT GMF Aero Asia. Therefore an application is made specifically for employees to support existing information. So that future development can be aligned with the company's strategy, a performance evaluation and evaluation of the system and managers are carried out to make it more optimal. This research was conducted to obtain the value of the capability level of the current IT process and is expected to produce recommendations for aligning IT governance with the company's business strategy. The assessment was carried out using the COBIT 5 framework method, the researcher focused on the APO and DSS domains. From the research results, it is known that 50 statements from 5 APO and DSS domains obtained an average of 3 (Established Process) at the capability level. Where each domain includes the process of Managing Human Resources (APO07) by getting 3 at the capability level, Managing Quality (APO11), Managing service and incident assistance (DSS02) by getting 3 at the capability level, Managing Problems (DSS03) by getting 2 at the capability level, Managing Security Services (DSS05) by getting 4 at the capability level, while the expected capability level is at level 5 (Optimizing Process). In this study recommendations were formulated that aim to improve the capability of the process which is expected to achieve the desired capability level.
