Abstract

Completeness of documentation of nursing care is very important for every nurse, there are several work culture values that can affect the completeness of documentation of nursing care Commitment, Teamwork, Professionals, Service, Discipline, Hard Work, and Integrity. The aim of this research is to find out the dominant work culture value factors that influence the completeness of nursing care documentation. The quantitative research design uses a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted from April to June 2020, with a sample of 116 nurses, using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the dominant work culture value factors were discipline (P Value 0.005 <0.05; β 0.360), hard work (P Value 0.001 <0.05; β 0.281), and professional (P Value 0.008 <0.05 β 0,264). So comprehensively that the value of work culture influences the completeness of nursing care documentation with a P Value of 0,000 CI 95%. It is expected that nurses can carry out work culture values that have not been correlated such as the value of commitment, teamwork, service and integrity.
