Abstract
Bulk cargo ships or bulker ships are ships for trade that are designed to transport unpackaged bulk cargo, such as coal and cement. The advantages of this ship have a large carrying capacity. Bulk Goods Carrier Vessels are cargo ships that function to transport goods such as coal, cement, grains, metal ores, etc. in separate cargo cells / cavities. This ship has the specification of transporting bulk cargo. It is said to be bulk because of the way to put a charge by pouring / pouring grains / seeds. Bulk loading product products consist of various kinds. Based on the type of cargo the bulk carrier ships are divided into several groups, namely: Grain carriers (Ore plants), Ore carriers (mine ore), Coal carriers (abbreviated: collier) or coal loads, Oil-ore carriers, cargo carried by rocks coal and oil alternately, and Coal-ore carrier, alternately loading coal and iron ore. With the results of the principal Dimesion: LOA 140.04 m, LWL 137.13 m, LPP 134.44 m, B 22.45 m, H 12.02 m, T 8.98 m, Vs 12.7 Knots
