Abstract
Aluna Montessori Kindergarten is an early childhood education institution that provides holistic educational services using the Montessori approach, including for children with special needs. The main obstacle faced by the school in carrying out daily activities is the recording process for the daily and weekly activities of children with special needs, which is still done manually. This results in slow data access and a lack of information transparency for parents. To overcome these problems, this study aims to develop a website-based child activity monitoring system by applying a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach. The implementation of CRM in this educational institution is designed to manage communication between the school and parents in a more structured manner, as well as to support transparent and real-time reporting of children's activities. The research stages conducted include field studies, current system analysis, system design, software development using the Laravel framework, and functional testing. The research results show that the developed website-based system has successfully delivered children's daily activity information and directly visualized children's development charts for parents. Based on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results, this system achieved a functional success rate of 93.5%. In conclusion, the implementation of this system is capable of significantly improving efficiency in the daily activity monitoring process for children with special needs at Aluna Montessori Kindergarten.
