Abstract
The process of applying for and managing the NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) Code at the Defense Ministry Codification Center (Pusat Kodifikasi Kementerian Pertahanan Puskod Kemhan) has not been fully optimized due to the absence of an integrated information system. This condition leads to administrative inefficiencies, increases the risk of data duplication and recording errors, and slows information processing. To address these issues, this study develops a web-based NCAGE Code Application and Management Information System aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative processes. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, while the PIECES framework was employed to identify system requirements. Research data were collected through observations, interviews, and a literature review. The developed system provides features for company registration, NCAGE Code application, application verification by administrators, application status monitoring, NCAGE Record management, and centralized data management. System quality was evaluated using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The evaluation results indicate that all system functions operate according to the specified functional requirements, while UAT achieved a 100% success rate. Based on these findings, the developed system is considered suitable for supporting the NCAGE Code application and management process at Puskod Kemhan.
