Abstract
The use of information technology in business activities has been increasingly implemented in various sectors, including livestock and ornamental chicken sales businesses. Raden Farm is a Bangkok chicken sales business that still carries out transactions manually through direct communication and social media, causing difficulties in managing sales data and updating stock, while also limiting market reach. This research intends to create and formulate a web-based Bangkok chicken sales information system that provides product catalogs, supports ordering processes, and facilitates payment confirmation through proof of transfer uploads. The approach employed in this research utilizes Rapid Application Development (RAD) since it supports faster and gradual system development, while the PIECES analysis method is used to identify weaknesses in the current system. The application was constructed through Laravel 11 and designed for two categories of users, namely admin and customer. The application of this system is anticipated to provide greater structured data management, reduce transaction recording errors, and expand product information delivery at Raden Farm.
