Abstract
The use of digital technology in schools is essential to support effective teaching and learning activities. Currently, SMPN 211 Jakarta has not implemented an integrated learning system and still relies on instant messaging applications and manual methods for distributing materials and conducting evaluations. This situation results in unstructured data management, difficulty in monitoring student progress in real time, and a high administrative burden on teachers. The objective of this study is to develop a web-based e-learning system to centralize learning management and improve the accuracy of student evaluation. The system development method used is Agile with the Scrum framework, which allows feature development to be carried out in stages and adaptively through sprint stages. Needs analysis was conducted using the PIECES method to map performance, information, and efficiency issues in the running system. This system is designed to facilitate interaction between administrators, teachers, and students through features such as material management, online assignments and quizzes, and automatic calculation of grades and rankings. The result of this research is an e-learning system that is capable of transforming learning management from manual to centralized digital. This system has been proven to make it easier for teachers to accurately recapitulate grades, provide academic transparency to students, and secure learning data in a single integrated database.
