Abstract
The utilization of information technology in production activities is required to support more effective data management and information exchange between departments. At PT Hartekprima Listrindo, production data is still managed using Microsoft Access, which can only be accessed through a specific network, while information regarding production progress is delivered manually. These conditions result in limited access to information, duplicate data entry, recording errors, and delays in delivering production status information. Therefore, a web-based Production Planning Information System was developed to support centralized production data management. The system was developed using the Waterfall method through observation, interviews, literature studies, requirements analysis using PIECES, UML design, system implementation, and testing using Black Box Testing. The resulting system provides features for managing Work Orders, monitoring production progress, displaying production information through a dashboard, and managing delivery memos. The developed system is considered capable of making production data management more effective, structured, and integrated, while facilitating information exchange between departments.
