Abstract

ABSTRACT The new student admission process at SMKS Kesehatan Logos has not yet been fully managed through an integrated system. Managing registration data, documents, verification, selection, announcements, and reports separately causes data searches to take time and increases the risk of duplicate entries. This study aims to design and develop a web-based PPDB Information System to assist administrators in managing the enrollment process and to make it easier for prospective students to obtain registration information. The study used a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system development method uses Agile Scrum, divided into three sprints: authentication and dashboard, registration and document management, and selection, announcement, and reporting. The system is built using Next.js and React.js for the interface, Next.js API Routes for the backend, MySQL as the database, and Prisma as the Object Relational Mapping. The research produced a PPDB system that supports the registration process, enrollment, document upload, verification, selection, announcement, and report preparation all within one application. The testing was done using Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and System Usability Scale.
