Abstract
Healthcare services at the Posyandu (Integrated Health Post) are crucial, as they prioritize maternal and child health. However, Posyandu Lengkeng currently faces challenges in managing its daily data. The existing recording process relies on outdated manual methods—specifically, handwritten entries on paper. This conventional approach is considered inefficient and time-consuming, while also being prone to recording errors and the potential loss of health data. Consequently, this research aims to develop a mobile-based Posyandu application. The application is designed to streamline the tasks of Posyandu volunteers by enabling faster entry of resident data. Additionally, parents and participants can use the app to easily monitor their children's growth, development, and health in real-time. The development process employed the Waterfall method, a sequential, step-by-step approach spanning from requirements analysis to final testing. To ensure quality, the application underwent Black Box Testing to verify the functionality of all buttons and menus. Test results indicate that all key features—such as child development charts, schedule announcements, and health record-keeping—function correctly and without issues. In conclusion, this mobile-based Posyandu application is ready for use as a digital solution to simplify administrative tasks at Posyandu Lengkeng.
