Abstract

Currently, the sales process at Dikalasayang.id, is still conducted manually through social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram. This method is considered ineffective due to frequent errors in data recording, difficulties in managing inventory in real time, and delays in compiling sales reports. Additionally, the lack of integration between customer, transaction, and shipping data prevents sales management from operating optimally. This study aims to design a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that can improve the efficiency of the sales process while strengthening customer relationship management. The Waterfall methodology was used, with system design employing Unified Modeling Language (UML) to develop features for managing products, transactions, customers, and shipments. The results show that the system is capable of centrally integrating transaction and customer data, accelerating the average order processing time by approximately 30 minutes compared to manual methods, and improving data accuracy to support more effective sales management. Furthermore, this system also helps SMEs provide faster, more accurate, and more efficient service to customers.
