Abstract
Hi Kebab is a business engaged in the culinary sector with a focus on selling kebab products. The stock management process that is still carried out manually through WhatsApp communication and simple recording has the potential to cause delays in information, stock data mismatches, and difficulties in inventory monitoring. This research aims to build a website-based production material inventory information system that can manage production material data, record incoming and outgoing stocks, manage material demand from outlets, and present inventory reports. The development method used is Waterfall with the stages of needs analysis, design using UML, implementation using PHP Native and MySQL, and testing using Black Box Testing. The test results show that the system is able to help Hi Kebab in managing its inventory in a more integrated, fast, and accurate manner.
